What are your shipping costs?
Shipping and handling are free on orders $75.00 or more within the U.S. Free shipping does not count on sale items and larger items (the cricut, large totes and bags). If an item has additional shipping or no free shipping it will say. Otherwise U.S. shipping and handling is $5.99. Overnight and express Delivery is available at extra shipping charge plus a handeling fee. We will notifiy you prior to shipping your order of it's cost.
What is excluded when there it a free shipping sales?
Orders $10.00 and over will not be charged shipping if we are having a free shipping sale. Due to the fees that we are charged on all credit card transactions and the shipping fees we would loose money if we did free shipping on orders under $10.00. Sorry but these orders will not be free. Items that say additional shipping applys will still be charged the additional shipping charge. However, the $5.99 base rate shipping charge will be deducted. Items that are already on sale will not have free shipping unless that is stated on the item.
Do you ship overseas?
We would be glad to ship to most countries. However, you must cover the cost of shipping. We will weigh your package and then send you the shipping cost to approve. We are not responsable for any lost or damaged overseas packages. This is not usually that big of an issue. In the 10 years that we have been shipping overseas we have only had 3 problems with packages.
Who do you ship with?
We normally ship via UPS. However we will ship lighter items, typically those weighing less than 3 pounds via USPS.
What is your Return Policy?
Sorry, we do not take returns. We will return defective merchandise for a replacement of the SAME product. However, you are responsable for shipping. Please call us if you have any questions (616-696-9850). We will not accept murchandise back if it is not first approved by us. Call for a RMA.
What happens if an item I ordered is backordered?
Back Ordered items will be automatically cancelled, unless otherwise noted on your order. Orders may be held up to 2 weeks before shipping it an items is back ordered. If you want your items shipped right away without the back ordered items please let us know.
What are my payment options?
We gladly accept money orders and Mastercard, Visa , Discover credit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders, purchase orders or American express.
Is there an extra cost for shipping chemicals?
Yes. Since chemicals have to be shipped ground UPS the minimum charge is $10.00 for shipping. The shipping method you should choose when purchasing chemicals is defined under the products description. Don't worry if you check the wrong shipping. We will adjust the shipping for you to ensure you receive your product in a timly maner. By placing an order for these products you are agreeing to all this sites terms.
